    The hotel location was comfortable easy to get a taxi to airport. Everything was very good, huge and extremely pleasant room with club lounge access.

    Highly recommended for solo travelers

    The location is the highlight , as it's so close to all the shopping and food spots. Plus the staff were helpful . They really knew how to treat a guest. Anna at the front desk was patient and went out of her way to help me with some inquiries.

    It wasn't cheap , but you get what you pay for.

    The location is the best. Near to several shopping malls ans a lot of fast food resturants nearby like mac and KFC.

    The Check-in and Check-out is too slow. The staff are too slow. Not easy to get taxi and have to wait long time to get a taxi. The lobby is smelly and all the food smell from the first floor restuarant comes to the lobby. No swimming pool which is a shame for a 5 star hotel. The hotel is opened for more than one year and still the pool under construction. Generally , there are better hotels with the same rate nearby the same area.

    The breakfast was delicious and very very good, the check in was efficient. My reasonably spacious room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a walk in closet, a writing desk and a chair. Location: the hotel was near to a mall and plenty of shops and restaurants, popular shopping centre and the wholesale markets of Guangzhou.

    Excellent hotel with helpful staff, a great fitness center, and seamless 24-hour reception. I still remember how they helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay!
